Top Hats to Wear

Well, I haven't been doing a whole lot of things, but I have more time to do crafts now, so I should be.
I made some mini top hats for the proms I went to last June:

There's a white one as well, but it won't photograph properly so I don't have a picture of it yet.

I'd like to do this again.
